1976 CZ400 Unrestored
1976 CZ400 Unrestored
This 1976 CZ400 was found along with the 1976 CZ250. Both bikes were complete and original. They both were 1975 Falta’s that had been modified by American Jawa/CZ.
The modifications included laid down shocks, Preston Petty Fenders and Mikuni carburetors. This bike is no longer in
my collection.

1976 CZ250 Unrestored
This is an unrestored 1976 CZ that has never had fuel in it! It was in amazingly good condition for it’s age. It is no longer in my collection…..
1972 CZ 400
1972 CZ 400
The owner bought the bike with the intent of racing it. He had been racing 125’s and this bike turned out to be a little too much. After riding it a few times, the bike was stored away. It is completely original and runs great. There are no plans to restore this bike.

1973 CZ 250
1973 CZ 250
If you raced motocross, CZ was the bike to have! It remained that way until mid 1973 when the Honda Elsinore 250 arrived. Sales would never be the same for the Czech factory and by 1976, CZ’s were seldom seen on American motocross tracks.
1973 was the first year of the coffin tank. This bike is fairly original with the exception of the front fender which has been replaced with a reproduction plastic item. The Jikov carburetor was replaced with a Mikuni when the bike was first sold. This was a common practice for dealers as was changing out the points ignition for an electronic one.
